Through improved mobility, safety, security, economic opportunity, and environmental quality, providing public transportation will certainly benefit the 8th District.  Studies have shown that communities that invest in public transportation realize enhanced development and prosperity.  If deemed feasible, community leaders want to provide this service to Monroe and area residents.
